About me
I am an Assistant Professor in the Division of Computational Health Science with extensive experience in medical image analysis, including segmentation, diagnosis, prognosis, and biomarker identification. Additionally, I am also interested in multimodal LLMs in healthcare. Before joining the University of Minnesota, I was a Postdoctoral Associate at Weill Cornell Medicine. Prior to that, I was a Research Fellow at Emory University. I obtained my PhD from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong.
Research Interest
My research interests include medical image analysis, multimodal large language model, deep learning.
